The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean and well equipped, great location for exploring Saint-Francois, relaxing pool and hot tub facilities, French-speaking owner provided excellent hospitality and recommendations for the island, close to surf spots.

The staff was very helpful and made sure we had a great vacation. We felt really welcomed and the owner was amazing suggesting a lot of local sites and restaurants to visit. The bed was really comfortable and we found the hot tub facilities in our apartment an amazing way to relax and end the day. The location was close to amenities and secure.
Breakfast could use some improvement for what it was. Although we had the amenities of the apartment nearby, the breakfast itself was a little bit pricey for the choices we had.

the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our weekend there. the balcony and yard were great to relax in and felt very private. the location was key as it was close to many attractions and restaurants. Despite a small hiccup that we had to call to be let in, the owner's son was brilliant and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The breakfast was slightly disappointing for the price paid, with limited options and no variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, providing us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, with everything perfectly maintained and spotless. We enjoyed the use of the facilities, including the refreshing swimming pool and the private hot tub in our apartment. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the city and with easy parking.

As for the location of this hotel, it was conveniently close to some great surf spots and fantastic restaurants. the interior design was also rather unique and very nice. the beds were comfortable with good wifi service available.
The staff were not always present to welcome their guests and this caused some inconvenience.
